Altiom System at a Glance

Monitor the Care Environment

The ALTIOM 3i has a dedicated microprocessor based controller, which provides a powerful yet simple way to monitor and manage a range of sensors that can be assigned to an individual and personalised for their use.

Control Devices in the Care Environment

When the status of an input device changes that creates an ‘event’. Events can be programmed to generate ‘actions’; for example, turn light on, call nurse or carer, send a text, sound an alarm or any other action performed by its inbuilt control system. Events can be logically combined using ‘and’, ‘or’ or using timers.

Assess Data from the Point of Delivery of Care

A unique feature of the ALTIOM is the instant access to data resident in the controller. Given the correct administration privilege the full history in the ALTIOMs event log is available for the record. This makes the system ideal as an assessment tool and provides Service Providers with evidence of Service Level Provision.

Communicate Information About the Care Environment

The ALTIOM3i connects to devices locally and constantly monitors their status. This information can be accessed by the wider care community using cloud technology. Real time information can be viewed or the system database can 'push' information if required.

Log and Record Information About the Care Environment

A unique feature of the ALTIOM is the instant access to data resident in the controller. Given the correct administration privilege the full history in the ALTIOMs event log is available for the record. This makes the system ideal as an assessment tool and provides Service Providers with evidence of Service Level Provision.

Send Reports

All telemetry from every Altiom system is served via cloud technology to the Altiom database. Access to this information allows trends to be monitored and reports produced, according to strict access privileges.
