Communication: local and external communication is provided as standard, using a comprehensive range of communication channels. The ALTIOM system isn’t tied to expensive call centres (but this is available as an option if required)

Records and Logs:  A unique feature of the ALTIOM is the instant access to data resident in the controller. Given the correct administration privilege the full history in the ALTIOMs event log is available for the record. This makes the system ideal as an assessment tool and provides Service Providers with evidence of Service Level Provision.

Monitoring Service Level Agreements: The Altiom system allows Commissioners to be notified when breaches of service level agreements have occurred. This information can be summarised as a short report and then emailed to the relevant person.

View Trends: Using powerful relational database technology, changes and trends can be analysed and followed.
